Customer Review: To make a long story short, College Direct never delivered my textbook. When I tried to get my money back,they told me to sort it out with the post office and my apartment complex. They would not give me a refund for a package they claim to have delivered. They have a poor customer service department. I would try buying from other vendors, before using any of their services. Remember, if your package gets lost in transit, they will not give you a refund, buyer be warned.

It lays out the strategies on how to take the test and it also has plenty of practice questions in the book and on the CD-ROM, with rationales in the back of the book.
