Customer Review: Short and sweet and to the point. I understand new guidelines coming out this year, however. Wait till the new book out to make a purchase.

Customer Review: Every medic, nurse, EMT, and physician should probably have one of these on hand. I also bought this as an app for my iphone. I think it's easier to use the physical book than the app.
If you're in emergency medicine you should have this book.

Customer Review: The book is ok, but sometimes it lets you down when you need some important things, such as, some rate infusions, ideal serum concentration of drugs, dosis, etc...You just can find basic ones, but when you need some other useful drugs, as Clonidine, you will not find them there. The algorithms are sometimes a bit confusing...If you are already the King at the ICU, and you just need to check up some little things, go for it, but if you are a resident, or still getting used to the rhythm, forget about it, you need something more consistant, which gives you a background to understand what's going on.

Customer Review: this book was a good review. if you did well in the class and read the EMT classbook, this should be enough preparation to pass the national registry the first time.

Customer Review: If you have trouble understanding ACLS as I did at first this book breaks it down to help you understand it. By the time I got done reading this book I was able to understand the algorythms and why you do certain things at certain times. I would definatly recomend this book to anyone having trouble with ACLS
