Customer Review: The book seems to be helpful in providing questions that you will run into on the NCLEX, but some of the questions have the wrong answers. Like the right answer is not an option and when you look over the rationales the answer is the correct answer, that you did not have the option of choosing when you were reading the questions. Its frustrating and kinda lowers your confidence in the material you are learning.

On my Hospital rotation I was able to answer questions my preceptor had about therapy and odd drug regimens before he could look it up on-line. If you've ever used Lexicomp online then you know how great it is. If you don't want to pay for online service this book is an excellent resource and addition to your reference materials.
